Scheduled to open in March 2007 behind an album that had gone straight to number one, and pushed back a fortnight — not by illness or ticketing, but because the band wanted a different stage design and were in a position to ask for one.

The year around it is the year the band stopped being German: the English album Scream came out on 4 June, the first British concert was on 19 June, and the first North American dates followed in February 2008.
